Divyam's AI Series Vacuum Forming Machines are designed using the latest Artificial Intelligence technologies with all servo intelligent operations and Industry 4.0 integration. The parametric construction design allows any reasonable minimum nominal size of 3000 × 2000 mm upwards. Forming area dimensions such as 4000 × 2500 mm, 3100 × 3100 mm, and 3000 × 2000 mm with depth up to 800 mm are usual for us, and these designs undergo the same production process. The nominal size of the machine relates to the largest sheet size that can be formed. All motions are AI assisted servo driven.

KEY FEATURES

SHEET CLAMPING: Sheets are fed manually and clamped by Interpolation servo motion for sheet thickness up to 8mm. Clamping for sheet size reduction can be instantly achieved by just a click of a button. Auto sheet loading and product unloading option is available.

HEATING ELEMENT & ENERGY SAVING CONTROL: Precise power regulation of each heating element (top & bottom) via SCADA panel. Operator can set power percentages for homogeneous or different temperature distribution; all values can be programmed and stored in controller memory. Machines reduce connected load (Installed Power) by up to 40% using the patented Zero Crossover Sequential Burst Technology with Dynamic Matrixing.

FORMING STATION: Precision Plug Assist Pre-blow vacuum forming technique. Table motion with AI ASSISTED FOUR SERVO MOTORS.

PLUG ASSIST: Plug assist enables desired distribution of wall thickness especially for deep draw products with female mould. Strong bottom surface achievable. Plug is operated by AI ASSISTED servo motors.

PREBLOW: Machine is provided with facilities to pre-stretch the material to obtain optimum thickness distribution.

VACUUM: Vacuum is generated by heavy duty rotary vane vacuum pump and multistep valve system of reputed make. Suitable capacity of buffer vacuum tanks are provided for instant vacuum.

CONTROLS: All controls are housed in a separate air-conditioned control panel. Man-machine interface touch screen type SCADA system provided on machine. Individual/zone heater control by Divyamsoft (version 3.2) based on Siemens platform. Interpolated servo driven for all moving elements via fastest EtherCAT based digital communication network for high dynamics and precision.
