The A-ZFORM SY7340S is a high-speed, servo-driven thermoforming machine combined with an integrated Robot Compositor-Vacuum Stacker system. Designed for demanding continuous production of disposable and industrial thermoformed products, the SY7340S delivers cycle speeds of up to 55 cycles/minute with a forming area of 730 × 400 mm. The machine supports a wide range of thermoplastic materials including PP, PS, PVS, PET, ABS, and PLA, with film thickness from 0.30 mm to 2.2 mm. Powered by Omron electronics, Ethercat Motion Control, and servo motor driven systems, the SY7340S offers precision, reliability and Industry 4.0-ready connectivity. The integrated Robot Compositor-Vacuum Stacker can run simultaneously with the machine and mould, handling between 25 to 100 stacked pieces per cycle and product depths up to 180 mm.
