Mono and Multilayer Thicksheet Line Extruders

We offer a fine range of Monolayer and Multilayer Extruders designed to meet diverse production requirements. Each machine consists of an extruder integrated with a metering pump, T-die, chrome roll unit, and either a winder or a sheet sizing unit. In multilayer extruders, different types and grades of materials are processed through independent extruding units that form part of the main system. The individual layers are combined in the feed block before entering the T-die. These extruders are engineered with a simple and robust design to ensure easy operation, reliable performance, and low maintenance. The machine is capable of extruding a wide range of thermoplastic compounds such as PS, ABS, PC, PET, and HDPE, producing sheets up to 10 mm thickness, 1600 mm width, with an output capacity of up to 800 kg/hr.
