The continuous vacuum forming machine design allows any nominal size of 500 × 500 mm upwards to 2000 × 2000 mm max. The cut sheet is pick-n-place or sheet roll is fed to a transport chain. The sheet moves by servo driven spike chain to the heating station then the forming station. The formed product is also ejected automatically. Individual/zone heater control by DIVYAMSOFT (version 4.0/4.1/4.2) based on Siemens platform. Machine can form varieties of thermoplastics such as PS, ABS, PC, PET, HDPE in sheet thickness up to 4 mm. Available in three configurations — CVF-Combo (handles both roll & sheet material in a single machine), CVF-SL (with automatic sheet loading system using vacuum cup frame & spike chain), and CVF-RF (with automatic roll feeding system, motorized unwinder, and pneumatic knife cutting).
