The ER70-3 XL FCS is a high-performance, fully automated thermoforming machine engineered for precision forming and cutting of thermoplastic sheets at high cycle speeds. Designed with a 4-column servo motor driven forming and cutting station, this machine delivers exceptional accuracy, repeatability, and productivity for demanding industrial applications. With a maximum sheet width of 740 mm, a mould size of up to 700 × 585 mm, and dry cycle speeds of 65 cycles/minute, the ER70-3 XL FCS is built for large-scale production environments where speed and quality are paramount. The forming station uses pressure air and/or vacuum technology with fast mould change capability and a precisely controlled pneumatic plug assist system as standard.
