Pneumatic Vacuum Forming Machines — Eco Model

Divyam's SVF P Series vacuum formers are designed with basic necessities and economy in mind. The parametric construction design allows any reasonable minimum nominal size of 1000 × 1000 mm upwards. Forming area dimensions such as 3000 × 2000 mm with depth up to 800 mm are standard for us. We also offer double station SVF series machines in order to save energy and improve productivity. All controls are housed in a separate control panel with a touch screen interface and individual/zone heater control by Divyamsoft (version 2.0) based on Siemens platform.

KEY FEATURES

SHEET CLAMPING: Sheets are fed manually and clamped pneumatically for sheet thickness up to 8 mm.

HEATING ELEMENT & CONTROL: Precise power regulation of each heating element (top & bottom) via LCD touch panel. Operator can set power percentages for homogeneous or different temperature distribution; values can be programmed and stored in controller memory. Heating trolley movement is pneumatic.

HIGH ENERGY SAVING HEATING CONTROL (OPTIONAL): Machines save energy and reduce connected load (Installed Power) by up to 40%. The heating system incorporates Zero Crossover Sequential Burst Technology with Dynamic Matrixing.

FORMING STATION: Precision Plug Assist Pre-blow vacuum forming technique. Table motion is pneumatic with rack and pinion system.

PLUG ASSIST: Plug assist enables desired distribution of wall thickness especially for deep draw products with female mould. Strong bottom surface achievable. Plug is operated by a heavy-duty pneumatically driven system.

PREBLOW: Machine is provided with facilities to pre-stretch the material for optimum thickness distribution.

VACUUM: Vacuum is generated by heavy duty rotary vane vacuum pump and multistep valve system of reputed make. Suitable capacity of buffer vacuum tanks are provided for instant vacuum.

CONTROLS: All controls housed in a separate control panel with touch screen interface. Individual/zone heater control by Divyamsoft (version 2.0) based on Siemens platform.
