The Double forming station design allows any nominal size of 600 × 600 mm upwards to 2000 × 1500 mm max. In this heating station is fixed during operation both sheet clamps is moving alternately. To hold sheet properly individual pressure clamp is used. This machines design offers higher productivity & reduced energy per product. Machine incorporated with two separate forming station, two moving sheet clamp with pressure clamp, pre-blow and plug assist. Individual heater control by DIVYAMSOFT (version 3.0) based on Siemens platform, SVF SERIES machine control system. Machine can form varieties of Thermoplastics such as PS, ABS, PC, PET, and HDPE in sheet thickness up to 4 mm.
