Simultaneous 5-axis technology with moving table operation for fast and easy changeover.
Uses advanced numerical controller with fast digital communication between controller and machine axes.
Trimming Spindles: Flexible spindle type suitable for individual application requirements.
Type of Working Table: Shuttle or alternating table with help of servo-driven Rack & Pinion.
Auto Tool Changer: Standard linear magazine with capacity of 6-12 tools.
Automatic Lubrication System: Pressurized greasing system continuously applying lubricant.
Auto Calibration: Tool probe allows to measure and correct the length and diameter of the cutter automatically.
Rotary Interpolated Axes: AC Servo motor motion transmitted via cycloidal rotary gears ensuring high precision.
Suitable for milling, trimming, and pocketing in plastic, composite, and wood.
